From a very young age, Jean Carlos demonstrated a genuine interest in communication and serving others. His connection with Canada began in 2014, when he discovered his fascination with Canadian culture, its legal system, and its values of inclusion and diversity. In a self-taught manner, he undertook a rigorous study of the country and its immigration framework, identifying in this field a true calling: helping those who dream of building a future in Canada.

Jean Carlos expanded his skills into digital marketing and social media management, integrating into online communities dedicated to Canadian immigration. There he began providing basic guidance to people interested in emigrating, reinforcing his practical knowledge and commitment to this cause.

Subsequently, he joined a Canadian immigration consulting firm, where he consolidated his knowledge of the immigration system and trained as a student advisor, specializing in educational processes and temporary residency. This stage allowed him to become familiar with IRCC procedures and manage study permit applications.

Currently, Jean Carlos is part of the team at Giroux O’Connor Immigration Law as a legal assistant, where he integrates his administrative skills, his passion for customer service, and his experience in digital marketing. He is often the first person to welcome those who contact the firm, guiding them with kindness and professionalism in their first steps toward their immigration process.
